Perdido Key

Gulfcoast Florida

Perdido Key’s literal translation means “Lost Key,” so named by the early Spanish who discovered it in 1693. Perdido Key is home to several world-renowned parks such as Johnson Beach at Gulf Islands National Seashore, Perdido Key State Park, and Big Lagoon State Park. This natural haven for wildlife is one of the reasons why the fishing is so good in Perdido Bay.
