COVID-19 and what it means to our customers

The COVID-19 pandemic is something that has affected us all, and while it is certain we have some difficult days ahead of us we would like to reaffirm our commitment to you, our loyal and trusted customer. There are current travel restrictions throughout the world in response to this public health emergency we are currently facing, however, there are no current impacts to the Fish Village trips schedule for the summer of 2020. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will immediately communicate any emergent issue that could affect the status of any out trip.

We will be sending a more detailed status update to anyone booked on one of our Summer 2020 fishing trips. Below is a summary of our key talking points in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

San Clemente Island Spring Trips

Our San Clemente mothership trips are still on schedule and have not been cancelled.

We have a couple of openings on our 6/25 trip, contact trips@fishvillage.com for details.

Refund Policy: If any of these trips are cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all actively booked guests will receive a refund.

Cedros Island Summer 2020

Our summer trips are still open for booking. Our trip dates are far enough in advance that we don't expect these trips to be impacted.

Refund Policy: If any of these trips are cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all actively booked guests will receive a refund.

New Zealand Mothership Trips (Dec 2020)

Our Great Barrier Islands mothership trips are still on schedule and have not been cancelled.

Refund Policy: If any of these trips are cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all actively booked guests will be re-booked on a future trip within the 2021-2022 booking season.

Los Buzos Panama July Trip

Our July trip to Los Buzos is still open for booking. Our trip date is far enough in advance that we don't expect this trip to be impacted.

We have spots open on our 7/10 trip, contact trips@fishvillage.com for details.

Refund Policy: If this trip is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all actively booked guests will be re-booked on a future trip within the 2020-2021 booking seasons.

Dana Point Inshore Guided Kayak Trips

Our summer trips are still open for booking. We aren't excepting bookings for anything sooner than June 2020 as of now.

Our guided trips are subject to local restrictions, please send an email to trips@fishvillage.com to confirm availability.

Refund Policy: If any of these trips are cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all actively booked guests will receive a refund.

Florida Guided Kayak Trips

Our summer trips are still open for booking. We aren't excepting bookings for anything sooner than June 2020 as of now.
